ArmInfo.Universal Credit Company (UCC) Global Credit intends to issue and place on the primary market two tranches of registered coupon non-documentary bonds with the issue volume of $ 1 million and 300 million AMD on November 23. As the UCC Global Credit informs, the investment company RENESA will act as the underwriter in the issue of these bonds and the market maker when applying them on the secondary market.
Within the dollar tranche, 10,000 bonds will be issued at a nominal value of $ 100, with a coupon yield of 7% per annum, with a maturity of 3 years. Within the framework of the AMD tranche, 30,000 bonds will be issued at a nominal value of 10,000 AMD, with a coupon yield of 10% per annum with a maturity of 1 year. At placement, the indicative minimum price is set for dollar bonds of $ 100 and for AMD bonds at 10,000 AMD, therefore applications submitted at a price lower than this will not be satisfied. The electronic version of the issue prospectus of these bonds is available on the official websites of the issuer and the underwriter: www.globalcredit.am and www.renesa.am.
Placement of these bonds will take place at the primary placement site of the NasdaqOMX Armenia exchange through a (European) standard closed one-time auction.
Limitations to potential buyers of these securities are not provided. Those wishing to participate in the placement of these bonds can contact the member companies of NasdaqOMX Armenia, whose list with contact details is available on the website www.nasdaqomx.am. But beforehand, investors who want to purchase these bonds must contact the operators of the Central Depository of Armenia (CDA) account, to open and maintain depo accounts through them. A list of CDA account operators is available at www.cda.am. Another prerequisite for an investor is the availability of a dollar and a dram account in any of the banks in his name.
